We do love people and from time to time we get fed up with having only a monitor in front of us. This is why we started organizing The Budapest Design Meetup. The format is quite simple: 5 presentations/meetups, 8-minute presentations and 5 minutes of questions. Drinks and music follow the presentations. It works flawlessly.
We are still experimenting with this format. We have invited designers to come to Hungary from abroad and we have also organized the whole meetup in Vienna. Our primary goal is to connect designers and professionals on an international level, and not only in Hungary.
This is why we think that a decentralized, interconnected platform that mixes offline and online presence would be a good solution. If you are interested in being a part of it, drop us a line. Otherwise stay tuned!
